3. The Get help window opens:
After entering your name (blurred here for confidentiality reasons), fill in the Description
field as follows:
• Vessel’s name / TeamViewer ID
• Email address / Telephone number
• Description of the problem.
4. Click Request support.

At step 3, fill in the Description field completely to ensure you will be contacted soon by
iXblue support team.
