Batteries used in the TPMS sensors are CR1632.
There is a small bag of parts that comes with the
sensors. Parts include a wrench, 6 nuts, 6 large
O-rings, 6 small O-rings, and a black handle tool
used to open the TPMS sensors ().
The black handle tool has serrations that match up
to the bottom side of the sensor ().
Place the sensor in the handle tool as shown ().
The sensor will unscrew as shown allowing ac-
cess to the battery inside (D).
The battery “+” side faces upwards in the holder.
To remove the battery, you must carefully lift a tab that holds
the battery in place around the battery edge ( – circled).
The battery will slide out from under this tab.
