OPERATION
Select a memory channel using
and .
The selected channel is highlighted.
Register a channel
• When registering a normal channel:
Enter a channel number (e.g.
1 2
).
The region (ITU, USA, or CANADA), as indi-
cated in the CH16 Status Display, is registered
automatically.
• When registering a weather channel.
Press
WX
and enter a weather channel
number (e.g.
3
).
• When registering a private channel.
Press
P
and enter a private channel
number (e.g.
0 2
).
TIP
• To clear a memory channel, select it and press
CLR
.
• To overwrite a memory channel, select it and
enter a new channel number.
Press
ENTER
.
Registration is complete and the next channel
number is highlighted.
TIP
To continue registration at this point, repeat steps
5, 6, and 7.
