4.2.3 Communicating Using a Memory Channel
Memory channels can be used for communication, but note that before using a memory channel, a
channel number must be saved in the memory channel (refer to “4.2.2 Registering a Memory Channel”
for more information).

MASTER appears for OPE in the CH16 Status
Display.
TIP
• When no remote controller is connected,
pressing
OPE
is not necessary because
MASTER automatically appears for OPE.
• A controller which does not have priority can be
used only when no other controller is in use
[OPE: OFF], by just pressing the
OPE
key.
When using the controller which has priority,
pick up the handset or press
OPE
to make a
call.
Pick up the handset.

The MEMORY CH Display appears.
