Installing the condensation arm
Solenoid plunger
Up
1)ApplyJUKIGreaseAtotheslidingsurfacesAof
condensation arm
and hinge screw
, and the
contact surfaces of the spring and condensation
arm
.
2) Secure condensation arm
to which the
condensation arm return spring is attached, with
hinge screw
.

Tighteningtorque:7.8-8.8N·m(80-90kgf·cm)
]
3)Putoneendofthecondensationreturnspringon
condensation arm stopper
.
Installing the feed adjustment pin
1)Reversingtheremovalprocedure,installthefeedadjustmentpin.
2)Carryoutadjustmentoftheforward/reversefeedalignment,etc.whereappropriate.
3)ApplyJUKIGreaseAtotheslidingsurfaces.
Setting up the condensation plunger
1)ApplyJUKI GreaseA tothesliding surfacesof
condensation arm
and hinge screw
, and the
contact surfaces of the spring and condensation
arm
.
2) Place the solenoid plunger in the forked section
of condensation arm
.
(Caution) Turn the notched side of the solenoid
plunger upward. If the solenoid plunger
is attached in the wrong orientation,
the condensation stitch device will not
move.
