Display of the target pitch
time or the total working
hours
: In the case of count-up by the pitch time, the pitch time set on the produc-
tion management function setting screen is displayed.
to : In the case of count-up by the starting/nishing times of day of
work and the total production volume, the total working hours that are cal-
culated by adding a resting time to the length of time between the starting
time and the nishing time of work is displayed.

The production volume is counted up with one item added.

The count-up method for the target production volume is selected.
: Count-up by the pitch time
The target production volume is counted up by the pitch time A set on the
production management function setting screen.
to : Count-up by the starting/nishing times of day of work and the
total production volume
The target production volume is counted up by the pitch time that is cal-
culated using the total working hours and the total daily target production
volume. The total working hours are calculated by adding a resting time to
the length of time between the starting time and the nishing time of day
of work.

Actual production volume

The actual production volume is displayed and managed on the production man-
agement screen No. 1. This switch is used to select whether or not the actual
production volume is managed with associated with the operator ID, product
number or process number.
: The actual production volume is counted up without being associated with
the operator ID, product number and process number which are set on the
work management screen.
: The only actual production volume, which is produced under the condition
where its operator ID, product number and process number totally agree
with those set on the work management screen, is displayed and man-
aged.
