9-5. Shuttle valve
The condition of the vacuum sensor is displayed by making the shuttle suction valve to each of
the following states: Vacuum, Vacuum destroy, and Stop.
To change the suction pad, see the menu 9. “Concentric Nozzle”.
Starting the shuttle suction valve operation
Select “4. Shuttle Vacuum” in the menu.
Use ↑ and ↓ buttons to select left, right, or left-and-right pads.
Use → and ← buttons to move the cursor ∗ and select Vacuum (VCM), Vacuum destroy
(DES), or Stop (STP).
The condition of the vacuum sensor is kept displayed as “ON” or “OFF”.

9-6. Head
The suction head is driven independently. You can select continuous or single operation mode.
The time required for driving the head is also displayed.
Starting head operation
Select “5. Head” in the menu.
Use → and ← buttons to move the cursor ∗ and select the operation speed. Press the
ENTER button.

∗ Slow2 is effective only when the optional “slow 2 mode” is set.
If Slow2 is selected with “slow 2 mode” not being set, “Normal” head operation will be
conducted.
