4-12. Replacement and adjustment of X-axis origin, minus limit and plus limit sensor
Detach the XF cover and the X cover, and replace the sensor.
When the sensor replacement is finished, make confirmation as described below only for origin
sensor.
Using “H.P Offset” of “19. XYZ ADJ” of test mode, confirm that no offset is found from the shuttle
pad.
