6-8. Replacement and adjustment of transfer rail broadening/narrowing belt
Detach the C cover B6S.
Remove the setscrew of the coupling and remove the handle SH .
Remove the setscrews of pulleys and , remove the belt together with pulley and replace.
Assemble the pulley so that it will be positioned with the dimension shown in the diagram below
(5 mm).
In addition, make adjustment by means of the pulley so that the transfer rails will be in parallel
(the difference between left and right will be 0.2 mm or less at the nut portion).
