7-14-2. Adjustment of BGA cylinder speed controller (adjustment of exhaust air)
Turn the knob of the speed controller  3 rotations from its fully closed position.
Next, operate the L and R sides one side by one side continuously with the BGA in the test mode.
Make the fine adjustment of the knob on the speed controller  so that the period of time after the
open/close operation has been made 30 times is in a range of 36 to 39 sec.
