3-8. Replacement of teaching spot
Detach the XF cover and the X cover, use the
mounting screw A to remove the teaching spot ,
and then replace. When the replacement is
finished, make the following adjustment.
Make adjustment by moving TSP up and down
so that the spot diameter will be the minimum at
the position of 10 mm from the tray base face.
In addition, using XY adjustment of test mode,
ensure that the center of the head and the spot
position are aligned.
Spot diameter: 0.5 to 0.7 or so
