5-5. Replacement of shuttle motor
Remove the shuttle unit (see Section 1-3).
Remove S motor ASM using the screw (A).
Replace the pulley (B), and make adjustment so that the gap between S motor ASM and the
pulley (B) will be 10.2 mm.
When the replacement is finished, adjust the belt tension.
When mounting the shuttle unit, be sure to align the positions of the X-axis picking pad and the
picking pad of shuttle (see Section 1-3).
