You can choose which
NMEA sentences you want
the Geode to receive. In
most instances, the default
NMEA sentences will be
sufficient for your project or
application.
The following list explains the available NMEA sentences:
■ RD1: Correction diagnostic message output
■ DTM: Datum reference
■ GBS: Satellite fault detection used for RAIM
■ GGA: Detailed GPS position information
■ GLL: Latitude and longitude data
■ GNS: Fix data for a single or combined satellite navigation
system
■ GRS: GNSS range residuals
■ GSA: GPS DOP and active satellite information
■ GST: GNSS pseudorange error statistics
■ GSV: GNSS satellites in view
■ RMC: Recommended minimum specific GNSS data
■ RRE: Range residual message
■ VTG: Course over ground and ground speed
■ ZDA: UTC time and date information
