Muting the Volume
There are 2 ways to mute the volume on your TV.
• Press the MUTE button on the remote control the volume will mute and the mute symbol will appear on the screen.
• Use Alexa, press and hold the ALEXA button and say "Alexa, mute" the volume will mute and the mute symbol will appear on
the screen.
• To un-mute the TV press the MUTE or VOLUME buttons. You can also use Alexa by saying "Alexa, volume up" or ask for a
specific volume level.
Channel Selection
There are 3 ways to change the channel.
• Press the CHANNEL
buttons on the remote control.
• Press the 0-9 buttons to enter the channel number.
• Use Alexa, press and hold the ALEXA button and say "Alexa, watch channel ..."
Volume Adjustment
There are 2 ways to change the volume on your TV.
• Press the VOLUME + or – button on the remote control.
• Use Alexa, press and hold the ALEXA button and say "Alexa, volume up or down" this will change the volume by a set
amount. The volume will increase or decrease in increments or 5. You can also say a specific volume level, say "Alexa, volume
level 20" and you TV will adjust the volume to level 20.
Using the Multi Function Buttons on the Bottom of the TV
The Multi Function button on the bottom of your TV can control multiple functions on your TV. It can switch your TV ON and into
Standby, change Input, channel (in Live TV) and adjust the volume.
1. Press the button once to see the possible options.
2. Then press the MULTI FUNCTION button to highlight the option that you would like to perform.
3. Press and hold the MULTI FUNCTION button for 2 seconds to activate the option.
4. Press the MULTI FUNCTION button to use the selected option.
Deactivate an option
Before you can use another option you will need to deactivate the one you're currently using.
1. Press and hold the MULTI FUNCTION button for 2 seconds to deactivate the previous option. If you don't press the MULTI
FUNCTION button for 5 seconds the options will disappear.
