The activity of the UPS can be controlled via the module of the oper-
ating system(WindowsXP
®
) backup energy source -> energy sav-
ings options in the control panel. With this module, you can check
the state of battery charge, enable/disable and programme the inter-
vention time of the UPS.
If the UPS is removed or not used for a long period of time, you will
need to charge it completely (this takes about 1.5 hours) by connect-
ing the module to an C6 ECON operating system.
