Install cam chain on to sprocket and align the
timing mark on the sprocket with that of
cylinder head.
Align sprocket bolt hole with camshaft bolt hole.
Tighten the sprocket mounting bolts

Caution
Install cylinder head side cover (3 bolts).
Install thermostat (2 bolts).
Loosen auto tensioner adjustment bolt and remove
bolt and spring.
Install tensioner and install spring and adjustment
Bolt
.
Install cylinder cover (4 bolts).
Make sure timing marks are matched.
