Install reduction gear shaft and reduction gear
9-9 A.C.G. Set Installation
Install the A.C.G. coil set onto right crankcase
cover (3 screws).
Install pulse generator (2 screws).
Tie the wire harness securely onto the indent
of crankcase.
Caution
9-10 Right Crankcase Cover
Installation
Install dowel pin and new gasket.
Remove water pump cover.
Install right crankcase cover onto the crankcase.
Note: Align the water pump shaft indent with the
oil pump shaft.
Make sure that the wire harness is placed
under pulse generator.
