6-9 Cylinder Head Installation
Clean up all residues and foreign materials
onto the matching surfaces of both cylinder
and cylinder head.
Install chain guide, dowel pins and a new
cylinder head gasket onto the cylinder.
Caution
Do not damage the matching surfaces of
cylinder and cylinder head.
Avoid residues of gasket or foreign materials
falling into crankcase as cleaning.
Install 4 washers and tighten 4 nuts on the cylinder
head upper side, and then tighten 2 cylinder head
mounting bolts of cylinder head right side.
Torque value:
Nut 3.6~4.0kgf-m
Bolt 1.0~1.4kgf-m
Install camshaft into cylinder head, and install rocker arm,
rocker arm shaft
Install rocker arm pin mounting plate.
