Performance Tests and Checks
System Performance Verification
Materials Required
The following mate
rials are required to run the tests:
• N5250C system (including system cable
s)
• 85059A 1.0 mm precision calibration and verification kit
General Preparation
Prepare for perfo
rmance verification by completing the following procedure:
1. Measure the
environment temperature and humidity. The temperature must be between +20 C
and +26 °C. Additionally, the temperature cannot vary by more than ±1 C after calibration.
2. Power on the system components in the following order:
a. N5260A millimeter head controller
b. E8361C Option H11 PNA
3. Remember to allow at least 90 minutes for warm up and temperature stabilization of the components.
The temperature of the calibration and verification kit must be stable with the environment temperature.
