MASTER TxOut Jitter Test Information
Reference [3] specifies that when in test mode 2, the RMS (Root Mean Square)
value of the MDI output jitter, JTXOUT, relative to an unjittered reference shall be
less than 50 ps.
This test measures the data time interval error of the test mode 2 signal at the
MDI. The ideal reference data rate is selected automatically by the oscilloscope
and compared to the original signal to determine the data time interval error.
