5. Apply a thin lm of clean oil onto
the O-ring of a new lter.
6. Tighten the lter rmly by hand.
7. Run the engine for a few minutes
and then stop it to check the leak-
age and uid level. Add uid to the
specied level as needed.

When adding the fluid, un-
screw the bleeding plug on the
left of the hydraulic cylinder.
Otherwise, the fluid can over-
ow.

To avoid personal injury:
Be sure to stop the engine be-
fore changing the fluid or re-
placing the lter.
Cool down the uid sufciently.
You can get burnt by hot uid.
To prevent serious damage to
the hydraulic system, use only
a KIOTI genuine lter.
Do not operate the tractor with
heavy load right after chang-
ing the transmission uid. Run
the engine at medium speed
for a few minutes to prevent
damage to the hydraulic sys-
tem.
