CAUTION
If the hazard lamps are turned
on for an extended period of
time while the engine is stopp-
ed, the battery can be discha-
rged. Therefore, use them only
in emergency.
The hazard lamp can be oper-
ated without the key inserted.
PTO SWITCH
(1) PTO Switch
(A) OFF (B) ON
The PTO switch is used to supply
power from the tractor to the imple-
ment.
Make sure to put this switch into the
“OFF” position before starting the en-
gine. Otherwise, the engine cannot
be started.
The rear PTO rotates at 540 rpm
when the engine speed is approx.
2,600 rpm.
To avoid personal injury and ac-
cident:
Before disassembling or clean-
ing the PTO sy s tem, mak e
sure that the PTO switch is in
the “OFF” position, the engine
is stopped, and all parts are
stopped.
Always keep the PTO driv-
ing part clean. Also, check the
PTO cover is closed while PTO
is in operation.
Disengage the PTO while driv-
ing the tractor on the public
road.
Be ca ref ul no t t o g et you r
hand, foot, cloth, or hair into
any driving part while the PTO
is in operation. You can be se-
verely injured.
