What to do if Kirsch Window Blinds control button is not working?

If your Kirsch Window Blinds aren't responding to the control button, there are a few things to check. First, try unplugging the power cable from the motor and then plugging it back in. A flashing blue LED inside the control button housing should indicate the motor has power. Also, make sure the batteries in the battery wand, satellite battery pack, or C-size satellite battery wand are correctly inserted and fresh. Finally, verify that the power source is securely connected to the power cable and that the cables aren't pinched or caught in the headrail or installation brackets. If you have a rechargeable battery wand, ensure it is correctly positioned in the mount.
