Temp. adjustment ->
Selection of the lead sensor for temperature control
HMI – temperature sensor in HMI programming device
Air supply – temperature sensor of supply air (if additional heater/cooler is used this
sensor should be moved downstream the secondary heater/cooler)
Air exhaust – temperature sensor of extracted air
PT5(P5) – optional temperature sensor of room air
Tmax air supply – upper limit of supply air temperature
Tmin air supply – lower limit of supply air temperature
Heating limit – outdoor temperature limit above which
heater is switched o and heating is carried out with outdoor air
Cooling limit – limit of external temperature below which the cooler is turned OFF and
cooling is carried out using the fresh air
Master temperature
history ->
Master temperature history lists last 15 saved measurements from the master temperature
sensor with selected record period and provided „deviation” which is the max dierence
between the current requested temperature and last 15 measurements from the master
temperature sensor
Low air supply
temp. ->
A_LowTemp – activation of low temperature alarm Tmin.air supply – limit of air supply
temperature below which the A_LowTemp alarm is triggered.
Alarm delay – min time when air supply temperature is below the Tmin.air supply
setting to trigger the A_LowTemp alarm. A_LowTemp
The control system in standard version contains the power supply and control of preliminary electric heater in order to provide
protection against frosting. General algorithm: detection of low temperature at the air exhaust downstream the heat recovery activates
the preliminary heater and adjustment of temperature at the air exhaust downstream the heat recovery. If frost is not eliminated for a
longer time, the electric heater is turned OFF and the air supply fan is stopped till the frost is removed.
The GHEX can support preliminary heating. It minimizes the risk of the heat recovery frosting.
