• Prerequisite:
The rotors are in transport position.
– The tractor is switched on.
The control unit is switched on via switch (1) (0 > 1).
The switch (3) is in position II.
• Raise the rotor arms by using the double-action control unit until the indicator arrow (4) is in
the centre between 7.8.
• Move switch (2) upward into position V, keep it pressed and lower rotor simultaneously into
headland position by using the single-action control unit.
The piston rod facing the machine side must be completely extended.
• Release switch (2); it moves automatically to position IV.
• Lower the rotors into working position by using the single-action control unit until the wheels
of the rotor chassis are on the ground.
• Move single-action control unit into float position.

Note
The changeover of the rotor arms from the transport into the working position can also be done
without the electrical controls being switched on. In this case, both rotor arms are always
activated at the same time.
