18.1 Removing the engine
Preparatory work
(250/300 SIX DAYS)
– Remove the engine guard. ( p. 57)
– Raise the motorcycle with the lift stand. ( p. 10)
– Remove the seat. ( p. 85)
– Remove the fuel tank. ( p. 86)
– Disconnect the negative (minus) cable of the battery. ( p. 102)
– Drain the coolant. ( p. 196)
