– Position the upper triple clamp with the steering.
– Mount screw 4 but do not tighten yet.
– Position the clutch line and wiring harness.

– Position the fork legs.
Info
The topmost milled groove in the fork leg must be flush with the top edge of
the upper triple clamp.
Position bleeder screws 5 toward the front.

– Tighten screws 6.

– Tighten screw 4.

Screw, top steering head M20x1.5 12 Nm (8.9 lbf ft)

– Mount and tighten screw 7.

Screw, top steering stem M8 17 Nm

– Tighten screws 8.
Guideline
Screw, top triple clamp M8 22 Nm
(16.2 lbf ft)
– Secure the wiring harness with the cable holder.
