5-6 Operating Instructions
5.4.1 Prepare the Shuttle
5.4.1.1 Position and Level the Shuttle
Moving robot arm.
Risk of being hit by the robot arm.
Make sure to place the Shuttle outside the range of movement of the robot arm and the
6–fold milk tube.
Risk of personal injury.
Risk of falling.
Position the Shuttle so that you cannot fall over it.
Screw each of the supporting legs in, before levelling the Shuttle.
1. Position the Shuttle in the vicinity of the milking robot.

KEY: 1. Spirit level - 2. Supporting legs (3x)
2. Level (1) the Shuttle (see figure 8 on page 5-6).
1. Lift the Shuttle and turn the supporting leg
(2) clockwise or counter clockwise to level
the shuttle.
2. Repeat this for the other supporting legs(s)
until the Shuttle is level.
