KEY: 1. Serrated frame - 2. Fingers
1. Examine if the serrated frame (1) is flat. The
fingers (2) should all be at the same height A-A
(see figure 31 on page 6-5). If necessary replace
the frame (1).
6.2.2 Examine the Pneumatic Cylinders
The air pressure needed for actuating the pneumatic cylinders is between 6 to 8 bar
(87.02 to 116.03 psi).

1. Examine if the three pneumatic cylinders (2) in
the unit works properly (see figure 32 on page 6-
5).
1. Connect the shuttle to the pressurized air
system (1).
2. Apply the pressurized air to the shuttle.
3. Examine if the three pneumatic cylinders (2)
extend and retract correctly.
2. If necessary, replace the pneumatic cylinders (2).
