Updatingthefirmware
Whenyoureplaceadeviceintheserver,youmighthavetoeitherupdatetheserverwiththelatestversionof
thefirmwarethatisstoredinmemoryonthedeviceorreflashtheBIOS,theTSMfirmware,andtheFRU/SDR.
Toupdatethefirmware,dooneofthefollowing:
•Gotohttp://www.lenovo.com/drivers.Then,followtheinstructionsontheWebpagetocheckforthe
latestleveloffirmware,suchastheBIOSupdatesanddevicedrivers.
