010B Printhead Error The printhead has an error. Technical Support Center:
Reinstall the print tanks. If the error is still
there, then replace the print tanks. Check
the printhead contacts to be sure that they
are clean.
Service:
Reinstall the print tanks. If the problem
remains, then clean the contacts on the
printhead. If the problem persists, then
replace the printhead.
0302 NVRAM R/W An error was detected in
reading or writing NVRAM.
Technical Support Center:
Replace the All-In-One.
Service:
Replace the system board. See “System
board removal” on page 4-28.
0303 Memory Failure Unable to initialize memory. Technical Support Center:
Replace the All-In-One.
Service:

0304 Hardware Failure General hardware failure
(unable to localize failure to a
specific system).

0305 ROM_Checksum_Failure Corrupted ROM. Technical Support Center:
Unplug the All-In-One from the wall outlet;
wait a few seconds, then plug the All-In-
One back in and turn the power on.

0306 Paper System Failure The DC paper feed system fails
to initialize or calibrate.
