  If there's no picture on the video output of your Lightware Extender, start by ensuring all devices, including the extenders themselves, are properly powered. Try unplugging and reconnecting them. Also, verify that all cable connections, including video and TPS cables, are secure. If the TPS LINK LED isn't lit, there's no signal on the TPS input port, so check the source device and CATx cable. Confirm the correct TPS mode is selected on the extenders. Make sure the output isn't muted and that the display can receive the video format by checking the emulated EDID, potentially emulating the display’s EDID on the input port. Finally, ensure HDCP is enabled on both the input and output ports.
