Description:
The « Clamping device opened during production cycle without lathe auto mode » alarm occurs when the
PLC detects the clamping device opening signal (I40 – A1) while the bar feeder in auto cycle and lathe
not in auto mode – input (I41 – A2).
Solution:
Press the STOP button on the remote control to reset the alarm.
Restart the automatic cycle on bar feeder and lathe.
