he Quick Load Servo 65 / 80 is designed to be a user-friendly, simple, and reliable bar feeder,
covering a range of diameters 6 to 65 / 80, depending on the machine purchased. Although
easy to use, including extremely quick changeovers and the capability for unmanned operation
this unit is not flawless. A list of common issues that have been documented by service
technicians and problems relayed back from customers has been compiled in this manual. This
chapter discusses the most common problems that have been observed. Along with each problem, a brief
description is given as well as quick reference charts of symptoms/solutions, sequences, and procedures
for adjustments, changeovers and alignment.
