A41 – Servo amplifier / PLC communication fault
SERVO AMPLIFIER/PLC
COMMUNICATION FAULT!
-TURN OFF MAIN POWER
-WAIT FOR 2 SECONDS
-RESTORE MAIN POWER
A41
Description:
The «Servo amplifier / PLC communication fault » alarm occurs whenever the PLC sends a message to
the servo amplifier, and the amplifier does not confirm it sending back a checksum. The problem occurs
if:
sent data do not correspond to received data
the servo amplifier does not answer within 10 seconds.
during starting the bar feeder, PLC and servo amplifier parameters do not correspond.
Solution:
Verify the PLC/servo amplifier connection (F110).
Verify the PLC power supply (24V DC). Power variations may influence the PLC efficiency.
