Despite all care taken with our products, if a defect should appear of repair be necessary, please consult
your licenced LOOK retailer - the only person authorized to contact us directly - ensuring you bring the
defective product as well as your purchase invoice and a detailed description of the issue.
Spare parts for LOOK bicycles and components are available through our LOOK retailers throughout the
product’s marketing period, and for a further 5 years after the end-of-sale date.
COVERAGE :
Lifetime warranty is valid for the rst buyer only and
is non-transferable.
Please note that lifetime warranty does not apply
topaintwork or nishes, nor to components other
than frame and fork.
The scope of the lifetime warranty is limited to the
repair or exchange, at the sole discretion of LOOK,
of all or part of the product concerned.
PROCEDURE :
A : To simplify the registration process, plus use
your smartphone to :
1- Download a QR code reader application
(example of apps : i-nigma, QR Reader)
2- Take a photo of your purchase invoice
3- Scan the QR Code*
4- Follow the instructions

Your bicycle has been pre-built in our workshops. The nal setup and adjustments must be performed by
your LOOK retailer before handing it over to you.
CONDITIONS :
To validate the lifetime warranty, you must
register your bicycle within 30 days of purchase.
The registration form must be fully and correctly
completed. If you register your bicycle within 10 days
of purchase, the following benets will be added to
the lifetime warranty:
