Before proceeding further it is wise to send a PING signal from the PC to the Loop-V 4200-9 IP address and
to the PC’s IP address to ensure that they are both active. To do so left-click your mouse on the Microsoft
Windows START button. Then left-click RUN on the pop-up menu.
The following screen will appear. Key in: command. Then left-click OK with your mouse.
