(10) Adjustment of Brake pedal play
Left/ Right brake distance
is different.
Normal
z Checking brake distance.
1. For mechanical type, Connect the brake pedals
each other with brake-pedal connection pin.
2. Check the skid mark of tire or balance of the
tractor while driving at a normal speed.
3. If the brake distance is different as shown in right
figure, adjust the brake rods again.
4. Tighten the brake rod of the opposite side
against the inclination a little until the brake
distance is normal.

z Check the distance of the brake pedal play.
z Normal distance : 70~90mm (2.8~3.5 in)
If the distance is more than above value,
adjust it as below.
1. Loosen locking nut of the left side first and turn
brake rod to adjust.
2. If brake rod is tightened, the pedal play shall be
reduced, and if loosened, the pedal play shall be
increased.
3. After adjusting the rod, tighten the locking nut.
4. Adjust the brake rod of the right side as the same
way.
5. Check if the brake distance is normal as below.
