▶ When engine oil is warm, the
impurities can be drained
completely.
Notice
① Drain Engine oil
z Run engine for a few minutes to warm oil.
z Park the tractor on a level surface.
z Remove drain plug of oil pan and drain the oil
completely.
5-7. Every 250 hour check
(1) Replacing Engine oil and Filter

③ Fill Engine oil
z Tighten the drain plugs. (Tightening torque :
40±5 N.m) (29.5±5 lbs-ft)
z
Aid engine oil as its capacity, and check the oil
level is between MIN and MAX mark.
z
For oil specification, see section 5-3, “Lubricants
and Capacity” or the last page in this manual.
z Check any leakage of the engine while running
the engine for several minutes at idle rpm.
z Stop the engine. After several minutes later,
check again the oil level is between MIN and
MAX mark.
z Install the oil gauge.
② Replace Engine oil filter
z Clean carefully around the filter.
z Coat clean engine oil on the packing of new filter
and check the packing is placed well in the
groove.
z Turn the oil filter counter-clockwise to remove
with filter wrench.
z Turn the new filter clockwise to assemble until
the packing makes contact with the mounting
surface. Tighten ¾ to 1 turn more after packing
contact.
z If the metal is attached to the element of oil filter
to be disassembled, contact your authorized
dealer.
