By-Pass Test Pair Connections
Refer to the APPLICATIONS section for the overall PGTC/
SLC
interconnection
arrangement.
All test pairs and inhibit leads represented in Figure 3-50 should be run to the
horizontal side of the MDF for further cross connections to outside plant
protectors and cables at the vertical MDF. Up to eight different RT sites can be
supported. Test pairs which are common to an individual RT site are multipled at
the HMDF but all inhibit leads are multipled together.
Designate all leads at the HMDF in accordance with Figure 3-50. Do not treminate
the leads that are designated NC.
