Procedural Risk Assessment (DPFU added to an
in-service system)
Rating:
MEDIUM Installing the DPFU in an in-service system constitutes a MEDIUM
procedural risk rating, since there is a potential for a service interruption
to the end customer, if any procedural deviations or procedure specific
equipment failures occur during the procedure. This procedure should be
scheduled during a low usage maintenance period.
