Oxygen Delivery Tree
Toggle to Oxygen Delivery Tree view in the action menu.
Oxygen Delivery Tree is only displayed when there is a connected pulse oximetry channel.
Touching SpHb parameter would open its manual entry menu. Touching any other parameter would bring
up their respective parameter setting.
