What to do if the weight stack pin on my Matrix G7 Strenght Fitness Equipment won't go into the weight plates?
    • A
      Allen WalkerAug 16, 2025
If you're having trouble inserting the weight stack pin into the weight plates on your Matrix fitness equipment, consider these possibilities: * The weight stack pin might be bent. Inspect it and replace it if necessary. * The cable may be too loose or too tight. Check the cable tightness. * The weight plates might not be seated correctly at the bottom of the guide rods. Remove the clips holding the weight stack guide rods to the top of the weight stack frame. Lean the guide rods towards the unit frame and shake back and forth so that the weight plates are seated at the bottom of the guide rods without any gap between plates. * The top weight plate bushings might be damaged. Replace the top weight plate bushings.

Why are the arms not even on my Matrix G7 Strenght Fitness Equipment?
    • E
      Ethan HudsonAug 19, 2025
If the arms on your Matrix fitness equipment are not even at the starting position, here are a few potential reasons: * The arm tie rods might be uneven. For equipment like the Shoulder Press, Chest Press, Lat Pull Down, and Seated Row, you can adjust the tie rods to level the arms. Loosen the jam nuts, adjust the tie rods as needed, and then tighten the jam nuts to secure the arms in place. * The arms themselves might be bent or uneven. Use a level to check for any bends along multiple points on each arm. * The frame could be bent or uneven. In this case, consider replacing the unit or the arms as needed.

How to fix a Matrix G7 Strenght seat that is too loose?
    • N
      Natasha GibsonAug 27, 2025
If the seat on your Matrix fitness equipment is too loose or not springing up, it might be because: * The swirl springs are mispositioned or missing from the connecting rods. Remove the bottom seat connecting bars and check that the swirl springs are present and in working order, on the bottom connection point. * The swirl springs are broken in the connecting rods. Re-install the seat connecting bars being careful to correctly orient the swirl springs so that they contact the stopper bar and provide spring when the seat pad is adjusted up.
