CAUTION:
Read Sections 1 through 11 before proceeding.
1. Remove Quick Cu󰀨 from
packaging and lay on the
counter with label facing up.
Assembly:
NOTE
The Quick Cu󰀨 is used alternately with the 2082-03 and the 2026-03 Helmets. Assembly is nearly identical and is,
therefore, shown only on the 2082-03 except were di󰀨erent and appropriately noted.
2. Ensure proper orientation of
Quick Cu󰀨 Snaps by holding
up in front of ChinBar with
label facing you.
3. With Helmet turned upside down,
snap one side of Quick Cu󰀨 to an
appropriate Helmet Headband
Snap Hole.
4. Snap other side of Quick Cu󰀨
to a same positioned Helmet
Headband Snap Hole on the
other side of Helmet.
7b. For 2026-03 Helmet, with bottom of ChinBar pointed
up, pull bottom of Quick Cu󰀨 down and mate the bot-
tom inside Quick Cu󰀨 stiching to the velcro strip on the
ChinBar.
6. Gently pull top of other side of
Quick Cu󰀨 up and over bottom of
Velcro on ChinBar on other side.
5. Gently pull top of one side of
Quick Cu󰀨 up and over bot-
tom of Velcro on ChinBar.
7a. For 2082-03 Helmet, with bottom
of ChinBar pointed up, pull bottom
of Quick Cu󰀨 around T-Tab.
8. Finished assembly should
appear as shown.
Disassembly:
To disassemble Quick Cu󰀨 from the Helmet reverse steps 2-7 and discard per instutitional protocol for contaminated waste.
