15 Firewall
This subsection is divided into four categories: general settings, port forwards, traffic rules
and custom rules.
General settings/04/07
General Settings for firewall can be changed in General Settings screen. These settings are
defined as follows:
Input: All incoming packets can be: accepted, rejected, dropped.
Output: All outgoing packets can be: accepted, rejected, dropped.
Forward: All packets being sent to another device can be: accepted, rejected, dropped.
Additional zones for firewall can be created, edited or deleted.
Zone => Forwardings: Defines zones and their traffic flow.
Input: All incoming packets can be: accepted, rejected, dropped.
Output: All outgoing packets can be: accepted, rejected, dropped.
Forward: All packets being sent to another device can be: accepted, rejected, dropped.
Masquerading: Allows one or more devices in a zones network without assigned IP
addresses to communicate with the Internet.
