If the headset is plugged into
the device, the speaker is
automatically shut off.
Disconnect the headset.
Check that the device volume
setting is not muted.
Check that the volume control
is not at its lowest setting.
1. If the files are photos taken
using your tablet, restart your
tablet.
2. If the files are from other
sources, check if they are
damaged.
3. If they are not damaged, try
to convert them to a more
widely supported format such
as JPEG.
