My tablet won’t turn
on or off.
1. Press and hold the Power
button for about 4 seconds, the
tablet will either turn off or on.
2. If it fails, wait for about 5
minutes and repeat step 1.
The battery won’t
charge.
1. Check if the wall outlet is
providing power.
2. Check if your adapter is
plugged into your tablet firmly.
The screen doesn’t
rotate.
1. Not every app supports this
feature. Go back to the Home
screen to check if the tablet
responds and rotates the
screen.
2. If it refuses to rotate, make
sure the “Auto-rotate screen”
item is not locked.
