If you have an active Google
account on your tablet, the
screen will prompt you to
confirm your Google account
after you fail to enter the
correct pattern or password
several times. Follow the
instructions to reset the pattern
or password.
If this is not the case, you can
clean boot the tablet, which
can restore your tablet to
default setting. See next
section for details.
It is normal for the device to
heat up when charging. When
charging is complete, it will
return to its normal
temperature.
It is also normal for the tablet to
heat up during long periods of
use, such as watching a video
or playing a game.
