11.4 Reagents and Reagent Consumption
This section describes the reagent consumption for the Medonic M-Series
depending on a sample per day calculation.
Use only Boule authorized reagents. Erroneous results and damage may occur
if other reagents are used.
Approximately 22 ml per analysis cycle
Approximately 4.5 ml per analysis cycle.
Consumption
Calculation
The consumption can be approximately calculated depending on the number of
samples per day as shown on the graphs below. The figures, presented in the
graphs, assume one exit standby and one wash per day. The consumption
relation between the Diluent and Lyse is 5:1, based on 50 samples per day.
