3 General description and intended use
3.1 General description
Round-belt conveyors and used to return
dirty tableware.
The linear attachments of the round belts
leave almost the whole of the conveyor sur-
face available.
This method of returning dirty tableware is
especially preferential as it only allows the
return of trays. Individual items of tableware
(plates, cups, cutlery, bottles) cannot be
deposited and therefore cannot fall off the
conveyor later in the journey, e.g. on the
corners.
This means that tableware return functions as a high level.
Round-belt conveyor technology can conquer any possible type of corner.
Differentiated speeds and the necessary spacing carry the trays safely and securely
around the corner in the centre of the conveyor.
High, sturdy tray guides ensure that any tableware which is stacked tightly does not fall
off at the corners, as well as safely and securely steering the trays.
MEIKO vertical conveyors are the perfect solution for running vertical systems. The
MVF-G and MVF-P provide:
A continuous, fluid transition from horizontal to vertical movement
Excellent stability for items of tableware
The MEIKO infeed and outfeed system ensures gradual braking and smooth start up
even at high rates of throughput (up to 30 trays per minute).
This conveying system is only intended to transport trays carrying tableware, no other use
is permitted.
This conveying system is solely intended for use in a work environment.
This conveying system is approved for loads of up to 5 kg/m unless a contrary agreement
has been reached.
Max. speed is 20 m/min.
The approved tray dimensions stated in the chapter on "Technical specifications" must be
adhered to, as must all other technical specifications without exception.
If you do not operate this round-belt conveyer system in line with its intended use, safe
operation of the machine cannot be guaranteed!
The operator, not the manufacturer, is responsible for any injury or material damage aris-
ing from improper use.
